Through my private practice I provide individual, couples, and group counseling. I also provide consulting services to organizations , as with NBC4 news, & Charles County Maryland Department of Social Services. Individual consulting services for non-clinical worries, mediation, court mandates, etc. are also available.
I believe that most individuals possess the innate capacity to heal themselves, but may lack insight due to emotional or psychological distress. I encourage my clients to be in consciousness with the self; ultimately, aiding their ability to access a more balanced, peaceful, and productive life.
