I am La’ Merle, and I serve children and adults through individual and family counseling. My passion is to help clients deal with mental and emotional health issues related to past trauma, mental illness, or substance abuse. I work with individuals to gain insight into their emotional make-up and find healing from their past experiences. In family counseling, I facilitate dialogues that help families navigate their challenges while ensuring that everyone’s needs are met.
I utilize a selection of theories, styles, and techniques to provide the most effective therapy for each individual. My approach draws from person-centered therapy, family systems, CPT and CBT. Each treatment is customized to meet the unique needs of the individual, fostering personal growth and empowerment.
