I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in trauma, sexual health and wellness, relationships, women's issues, and addiction. I also do extensive work with people and couples who are experiencing interpersonal, depression, anxiety, infidelity, and spirituality concerns. I approach treatment from a holistic perspective and believe that many avenues lead to healing and healthful living. I am an international speaker and media expert on anxiety and depression, trauma and crises, selfcare, DEIJ issues. Lastly, I have written three textbooks in psychology and currently write a column called "Inside Intimacy" on Psychology Today.
