I want to work with Individuals and/or Couples who want to discover their own unique strengths and desires to make life changing behaviors in their relationships with their significant others or themselves (including resolving past traumas). Therapy can be very powerful, and will enhance the ways in which you can communicate, feel connected to your loved ones through hard work and honesty! I would love to be part of your experience through building an excellent therapeutic relationship, enhancing the results with various Person-Centered/Internal Family Systems/Multi-Systemic Therapies and/or EMDR Interventions!
Fees $125.00 for Individuals; $150.00 for Couples; and $150.00 for EMDR sessions; Insurance accepted: Cigna, Kaiser, ComPsych, CuraLinc, ESI/EAP and various other EAP Programs.
I believe that I have wonderful insight, empathy, honesty and a great deal of life experience to help Couples and/or Individuals make overall empowering changes in their lives. I am able to provide services both in English and/or Spanish!
