Do you feel that no matter how hard you try, you struggle through day-to-day activities? Do you recognize that something needs to change, but you need help knowing where to begin? I am provide therapy from a strengths-based, relational approach. I believe that many of the behaviors, relational patterns and negative thoughts that create distress in our lives originated as protective responses to stressful events. I help my clients identify patterns that they no longer find helpful, build trust in themselves and their experience, and recognize and advocate for their support needs.
I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings, and 12 years in private practice. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I specialized training in perinatal mental health and trauma recovery, including complex trauma. I have lived experience as a neurodivergent individual and provide neurodiversity-affirming care.
