She helps people free themselves from dysfunctional relationship patterns, grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, and the difficulty of life transitions (job change, children leaving/returning home, divorce, health/disability). Scottie, founder of Psychodrama New Jersey, uses a humanistic, mindful, strengths based approach to working with clients. Her practice inspires creative solutions through music, art, guided meditation, and literature. Psychodrama offers clients a unique shift in perspective that promotes healing and creates momentum toward goals.
