About
Thank you for considering my services. Life can hurt. Set-backs, emotional pain, social awkwardness, fear of anger, shame or rejection can block that which we desire most-loving nurturing relationships, affirmation from others, and self-valuing. I have been helping individuals and couples better achieve those desires for 40+ years. I bring a long history of a variety of skills to a mutually created process.
I have found having a safe place where you can feel, express and work on painful emotions can increase your resiliency over anxiety, depression, and create fuller relationships. What is most important is a safe place to tell your story. The unique relationship that develops between us allows the old stuck places and pains to be transformed.
The work between us is a work that needs both of our contributions, to help you more effectively reach out to others and manage your life. I work with adult women and men in all stages and walks of life, of all views, all faiths, and all ages. Feel free to visit my website, email me, or give me a call when you are ready.
