I believe in the power of stories to inspire and to promote growth and healing. I embrace a wellness model employing the DIR Floortime framework using play (following a person's lead and need) and semi-structured cooperative and collaborative games, to give people the opportunity to see themselves as not just the authors, but the heroes of their own stories, shifting the focus from pathology to potential.

Groups
Therapeutic Gaming Groups
Games are a powerful tool for growth and healing. Participants in groups will play tabletop games - especially role playing games (RPGs) like Dungeons & Dragons, Savage Worlds, and Kids on Bikes - to practice relating, communicating, advocating for themselves, and collaboratively solving problems. Through positive shared experiences, participants become more resilient, empathetic, self aware, competent, and confident. Groups are available for kids, teens, and adults.
