As a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults on issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, burnout, sport performance, and other more serious concerns.
My approach to counseling is somewhat flexible and depends on the client's unique experiences and what they need in the moment. I use a mix of CBT and other approaches with a goal of developing healthier mindsets and mental wellness. I also provide performance related services and consultation to individuals, teams, and organizations.
I am both a clinical psychologist and a sport psychology consultant. I am skilled at working through a full range of concerns, whether "minor" or more serious mental illness.
