I am a proud Army Veteran and licensed professional counselor who specializes in sexual and combat-related trauma. I offer assistance with healing from Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety using Brainspotting and/or CBT. I work with Couples (premarital and married) using the Prepare-Enrich Curriculum. My mission is to help you start living and not just surviving.

During our first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. During follow up sessions, I'll help you understand core beliefs that keep you stuck and how to be intentional about moving past them so you can live authentically.
