I utilize evidence based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and polyvagal theory to help you reach your goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Alabama and Georgia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Additionally I received an advanced degree from a Christian seminary which allows me to understand the spiritual dynamics that accompany many psychological issues. I am certified in EMDR.
