Strength for the Helpers (c)
A small group experience for therapists, nurses, physicians, teachers, or 1st responders who want to practice self-care and experience recovery from the chronic stress resulting from being in a helping profession. The group format is a 'closed' 8-week structure meeting for 1.0-1.5 each session x2 monthly. Beginning mid-January, 2019.
