I am a therapist who specializes in suicidal ideation and depression. My clients come to me feeling hopeless, helpless, and feeling like there is no reason to live. Some days, They may feel like they lack motivation to do anything they usually enjoy and are interested in doing. I also focus on anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life phases. I am a LCSW, LCDC, and I'm certified by the Missouri Academy for Child Trauma Studies for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help teens rewrite their stories and heal from trauma.
I can help my clients understand what they are going through and how to overcome the darkness they feel. I can help my clients find reasons to live and do self-work to overcome depression. I also work with clients to help them understand their strengths and develop tools to utilize.

This new group therapy has been put together to discuss the challenges and problems faced by young adolescent girls today. The name of this group is the “Safe Space.” This name was chosen because we are catering to adolescent girls who would have a variety of things to address and talk about. The goal of this group is to teach and transform our adolescent girls into women who model the style and character of healthy womanhood, with mental health being the focus.
