I have a doctorate in Counselor Education from Sam Houston State University; a master's degree in counseling from Prairie View A&M University; and a bachelor's degree in English from Grambling State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (69929) for the state of Texas.
The theory used is Cognitive Behavioral. The goals here are to develop programs, classes, and mental-health counseling services that are accessible for all, through the use of technology and alternative therapies, such as meditation, bibliotherapy, aroma therapy (aroma freedom technique), music therapy, massage therapy, and virtual reality (VR).
