My work is focused on the experiences of those who feel trapped by anxiety, fear, and the world around them. The traumas of life can make us feel like we're lost at sea, caught in a storm. All of what we have experienced and are currently living through create a fog that disconnects us from others. If we take a second to pause, to listen, we'll be able to see that we aren't alone. We can see that there are others trying to find their way alongside us. My practice looks to be a part of the collective constellation that helps all of us rediscover who we are and who we can become.
I specialize in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent people, and children of immigrants. I work with people in diving into the past, present and future relationships with themselves and others. I support people in breaking internal and external tensions to open up new possibilities.
