I work with attachment wounds from childhood with a trauma focused approach. Childhood wounds can be the result of emotional, physical, sexual abuse, or neglect. I enjoy working with teens and adults who struggle with a variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, difficulties with trust, and interpersonal conflicts.
I mainly use the comprehensive resource model (CRM) as my main therapy modality. It involves a mixture of parts work, neurobiology, and spirituality. Utilizing body grids, breathing techniques, and internal resources clients are able to go deeper into their trauma to heal the whole person.
Honesty is one of my core values and I don't hesitate to let you know what I'm thinking or noticing, though I am always kind and nonjudgmental. Being client centered I see us are a team working together, myself acting like a sherpa guiding you through healing while you're the one climbing the mountain.
