My therapeutic services focus on supporting individuals and couples moving towards healing past and current trauma while building greater connection within themselves and with others in their lives. I work with preteens, teenagers, adults, and parents/caregivers in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I work with couple’s experiencing conflict and distress along with parenting difficulties. I also work with individuals and families who’ve experienced the unique circumstances of foster care, out of home placements and adoption.
My approach to therapy focuses on building insight and understanding about how past experiences shape present challenges. I provide support on the effects of trauma on the mind, body, and relationships. As a trauma-informed, EMDR therapist, I believe in its power to help clients find relief and healing from past trauma and difficult situations.
I’m passionate about working with teens, young adults, and women; particularly those facing life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression and challenges related to grief and loss. It’s a privilege to support clients as they move toward healing, growth, and restoration.
