I have experience in both outpatient and inpatient counseling, as well as individual and group counseling.
I specialize in dual diagnosis, addiction, food insecurity, housing insecurity, risk-assessments, and various mental health conditions. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, Strengths-based approaches, solutions based, mindfulness interventions, and expressive therapies. We are worthy of care and love, and it is my goal to ensure my clients come to believe this.
