I take on an eclectic approach who works with clients from a person-centered and narrative perspective, drawing on principles from cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, and solution-focused therapy. I have experience in various forms, including crisis intervention, disaster relief, and multicultural education.
