I have been working with individuals, couples and families for going on 10 years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I believe that I am here to guide you in your healing journey by building off of your strengths and empowering you to use new skills learned in sessions.
I have experience as a DMHP/DCR working with high crisis/high trauma clients to build success for them to move forward.
I am typically very laid back and like to engage with my clients on a level that creates as much comfort as possible. Certain modalities that I use are more structured but overall I try to meet my clients where they are at and bring in tools that could be helpful in meeting their goals.
Client should expect to have their viewpoint challenged in a gentle way in order to help them establish new thoughts and patterns. I want my clients to feel heard, supported and comfortable in every session. I will introduce various tools, methods, and assignments to help each client reach their individual goals.
