I enjoy helping adults navigate a variety of needs in mental health, including healing from abuse, managing stressors, moving through grief, changing patterns of relating that aren't fulfilling anymore, and finding ways to better communicate and set boundaries. I am passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and I have a special interest in working with those navigating Bisexuality/Pansexuality/Spaces that are Non-Binary in nature and working with those navigating consensually Non-Monogamous/Polyamorous relationships.
I believe in providing a safe environment for you to explore and process your experiences as you move toward integration of self and well-being. Therapy is a collaborative endeavor where I help support and challenge you as we look into with what your struggling with, how the world impacts that, and ways that you can move toward resiliency and fulfillment.
