My expertise includes trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, complex medical conditions, and women’s issues. Trauma may include childhood neglect; verbal, physical, or sexual abuse; bullying; domestic violence; immigration-related trauma; natural disasters; or sudden loss (e.g., suicide or accident).

I also specialize in working with immigrants, first-generation and mixed-race individuals and couples, offering expertise in the area of diversity. As an immigrant with a multicultural background, I am committed to helping you find who you are and your unique expression in the world.
