My areas of focus are: self-empowerment, anxiety, addiction, mindfulness techniques, grief, and spirituality. I believe the mind, body and spirit are deeply connected and I combine my training in psychology with my experience as a reiki / massage therapist, herbalist and intuitive to address all of these aspects of healing. My counseling approach is relational and strengths-based. Together, we will build a safe, trusting relationship to explore what you need to heal by drawing from a variety of modalities to address your needs: supportive talk therapy; mindfulness approaches; body-centered awareness; and self-care techniques.

My focus and practice provide a holistic, integral approach to help one slow down, find balance, and make healthy changes. Together we will create a therapeutic plan that works for you.
I am less interested in labels or diagnostic categories and more interested in the exploration of you. In addition to academic training, I have had life experience personally with some of these issues and with those close to me, and bring an intimate level of understanding and empathy to the therapeutic process.
