I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's in Social Work and a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and over 50 years of my own healing journey. I work alongside you to process trauma, abuse, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. I am trauma-informed and strengths-based and use evidence-based practices, such as Rogerian Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic practices to help you heal from the issues interfering with your peace and happiness.
