I specialize in Brainspotting, a somatic therapy used to help clients process deep seated emotional issues and unresolved trauma. I use mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves, process unresolved emotions, and develop practical tools to regulate their nervous system and nurture lasting change.
