I have treated a wide variety of concerns, such as life transitions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, and relationship issues.
I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, elementary school, and high school. During this time, I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Approaches I incorporate into my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
