I honor and respect clients’ cultural differences and lived experiences with oppression in our society, with the ultimate goal of practicing anti-oppressive therapy. I have special experience working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and folks with ADHD or on the Autism Spectrum.
I have completed extensive post-graduate training in a variety of modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, nervous system informed approaches, and ARTherapy.
A typical session with me is client led, which means you are in the driver's seat. Choice is so important in therapy- and I welcome feedback about what's working and what isn't.
