I have over ten years of experience working with those experiencing anxiety, cancer diagnosis and life transitions. My goal is to empower you and your family with the skills to navigate difficulties utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques and Solution Focused Therapy. We will work towards building healthy coping and creating space for more joy and positivity in your life. I also have extensive experience with children and teens and utilize Play and Art Therapies in our sessions.
As a certified grief counselor I walk alongside individuals experiencing loss and I help to understand the challenges that grief continues to present. My goal is to strengthen your resilience, move towards healing, and find a positive path of self-growth and a life where you find yourself thriving.
