Many people seek therapy to help them navigate through all the twists and turns in life. I am passionate about my work with children and teens to help them process these challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and I enjoy working with individuals from a multitude of different backgrounds and I have experience working with individuals of all ages from children to older adults. I am currently accepting clients ages 5-17 both in-person and over telehealth. I am excited to help you and/or your child navigate life’s journey!
I enjoy working through a variety of different things, such as depressive symptoms, anxiety, ADHD and familial issues. I often utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in DC: 0-5 and plan to be trained in other modalities this year!
I am a very compassionate and empathetic provider, who projects warmth and unconditional positive regard.
