I work with nearly all presenting concerns but find particular joy in serving those with histories of adverse experiences, relationship and family of origin concerns, ADHD/ASD, and anxiety. I especially enjoy working with individuals from collectivistic cultures, various faith contexts, and high-responsibility roles such as parents/caregivers, first responders, and military personnel. Across all contexts, my goal is to create a space where patients feel safe enough to explore what’s hard and challenged enough to grow into more grounded, connected, and intentional versions of themselves.
I believe nearly all presenting concerns are relationship concerns and enjoy helping my patients connect these areas of their lives. My research and approach has focused on an other-focused approach to therapy and I enjoy helping patients experience what it means to truly show up intentionally as themselves for the sake of others.
I understand how difficult it can be to pursue mental health treatment. I strive to provide my patients with a secure and respectful environment in which they feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics honestly and openly as we collaboratively explore solutions together. If you'd like to work with me, please call our office.
