Do you seem to have lost your joy for life? Are you having trouble adjusting to recent changes? Are you struggling with finding your purpose in this world? Or maybe, you do not know where to go from here? I use talk therapy and therapeutic activities to help individuals navigate their way through this messy thing called life. I also have a four legged sidekick named Winston who helps provide comfort when talking about our thoughts and feelings. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults through individual counseling. Some of my specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, and maintaining healthy relationships.

Through the therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you feel empowered. I strive to do this by providing a space where you feel heard, understood, and validated, while also challenging and encouraging you to become the best version of yourself. I take a client-centered approach, while also incorporating my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
