I work with women in the perinatal and early parenting years who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or untethered after becoming mothers... especially those who are used to functioning at a high level. Many of my clients are professionals, partners, and caregivers who are carrying a significant mental load and struggling to balance their own needs. Some of my clients meet criteria for postpartum anxiety or postpartum depression. Many others don’t. Instead, they are navigating identity changes, mental load, emotional overwhelm, and the quiet grief of who they used to be... while still deeply loving their children.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a strong focus on values, identity, and sustainable change. Rather than trying to “fix” you or eliminate difficult emotions, we work together to understand what your feelings are signaling and how to move forward.

If you don't feel like yourself, or are exhausted from waiting for things to feel better, I'd recommend setting up a call. "Postpartum" can be anywhere from a few days after having a baby, to a few years after having your child. This group is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and centers on building psychological flexibility: the ability to stay present with what’s hard, loosen the grip of unhelpful thoughts, and take values-based action—even in the midst of stress, grief, and uncertainty. You don’t need to choose between caring for others and caring for yourself. ACT offers a way to hold both.

This is primarily a support group, but we will be walking through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills as well. This groups is born out of a need I see in my clients - to have community with other parents who carry similar (very heavy loads). The TLDR: we begin 1/4 (next Sunday!), we will meet Sunday nights, via Telehealth 730-9pm. It's open to all parents. Does it feel like something needs to change in 2026?
