Most of my clients come to therapy when they don't recognize themselves in the mirror after becoming moms. For some, it's during pregnancy, for many, it's postpartum, and sometimes it's years into motherhood, when they are finally coming up for air and realizing they don't know who they are anymore. At times, postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression are appropriate terms, but many times, my clients are just trying to figure out who they are in this new season of life, with new responsibilities, challenges, and conflicts. Together, we can help you sort through your values, decisions, and time so you feel stable again.

I know how hard it can be to feel like you while raising them - I leverage Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Family Systems therapy to understand where you come from, what you want, and where there are opportunities to grow. My goal is always to come alongside you, and help you feel like yourself again.

If you don't feel like yourself, or are exhausted from waiting for things to feel better, I'd recommend setting up a call. "Postpartum" can be anywhere from a few days after having a baby, to a few years after having your child. Wherever you find yourself in the motherhood journey, I'd love to chat and see if we are a good fit.

This support group is for adults navigating life in the “sandwich generation”—caring for children while also supporting aging parents.. This group is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and centers on building psychological flexibility: the ability to stay present with what’s hard, loosen the grip of unhelpful thoughts, and take values-based action—even in the midst of stress, grief, and uncertainty. This is primarily a support group, but we will be walking through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills as well. This groups is born out of a need I see in my clients - to have community with other parents who carry similar (very heavy loads). The TLDR: we begin 1/4 (next Sunday!), we will meet Sunday nights, via Telehealth 730-9pm. It's open to all parents. Does it feel like something needs to change in 2026?
