Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who enjoys working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Originally from North Dakota, I moved to Arizona in 2023 and experienced firsthand how difficult change and adjustment can be. That experience deepened my understanding of the struggles of change and figuring out who you are.
My approach is client-centered, focusing on your unique goals while honoring where you are in your journey. I incorporate sand tray therapy and EMDR when appropriate and aligned with your needs. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive space with grounding resources such as fidgets, weighted animals, and water.
