If you feel stuck, burdened by distressing memories, anxiety, or self-doubt, you're not alone. As a certified Sexual Trauma Therapist, I work with adults navigating lasting effects of trauma, abuse/neglect, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting first responders and other professionals exposed to secondary trauma. These experiences can impact your emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self. I provide support with managing intrusive thoughts, emotional triggers and overwhelming feelings. Together, we'll work to restore safety, build confidence and a renewed sense of self worth.

You don't have to relive your trauma to heal from it. EMDR helps process and release emotional pain in a safe, structured way — allowing you to feel more present and in control. This powerful approach can promote emotional regulation, improve self-concept, and foster a greater sense of safety and confidence.
