Welcome, and thanks for visiting my page! I enjoy working with children aged 7+, teens, adults, couples, & families. My clients are often dealing with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, pre-marital/marital concerns, grief, parenting issues, substance abuse, family conflict, & relationship difficulties. No matter what brings you in for therapy, I am committed to providing individualized support to meet your needs. I believe that the various relationships we're in are a key component to our emotional and mental health. By examining the role you play in the systems you're a part of, we can learn more about what makes you... you!
I am a strengths-based therapist who works with you to identify your goals and how we can get there together, by providing a safe, judgment-free environment to explore your reality - the good, bad, & everything in between! It's a privilege to be a part of your journey, and I aim to help you along the way through proactivity, collaboration, & compassion.
I received my Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I work with individuals, couples, families, & groups under the direction of Amy Smith-Barnes, PsyD, and the supervision of Meg McLeroy, LMFT. Please feel free to visit my website at www.kyliegerks.com to learn more or contact me for a free phone consultation today!
