I use a collaborative & personalized approach to therapy - in addition to traditional talk therapy, I also implement experiential techniques to meet your individual needs & assist in real-life application of what we learn in session. My goal is that you leave feeling validated, heard, & armed with a plan to empower you through the time between our meetings.

I received my Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
