Hi there! I'm Kylie, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. My approach to therapy is all about building a strong foundation of trust and rapport. I believe that each client is an expert in their own life, and I highly value collaboration and feedback as we explore solutions together during our sessions. I tailor treatment to each individual, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based and relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing, among others.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and ADHD. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, particularly in managing behavioral health and navigating life transitions. My background includes providing individual and family counseling in both community and private practice settings
When I'm not working, you can find me walking in nature, playing with my hyper dog, making art, dancing, or binge-watching a new show on Netflix.
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to create positive change and build a brighter future.
