I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 30 years of experience in social work, providing compassionate support to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including schools, community agencies, and clinical practice, and bring a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face across the lifespan.
Much of my work has focused on trauma healing, anxiety, depression, and supporting clients in building healthier relationships through improved family and peer communication. I also specialize in helping clients develop social-emotional skills, manage anger and impulses, and increase emotional regulation using evidence-based techniques, including DBT and ART
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
