I am trained in Hypnotherapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Gottman Couples Method Level 2, Attachment Focused EMDR, EMDR Flash and Brainspotting. I also use DBT, Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and I am IFS informed.
