I offer warmth, support, and compassion to my clients as well as the tools and resources to help you achieve personal growth and healing. I bring my personal life experiences and over a decade of training and practicing therapy to our work together.
My clinical background includes working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, pornography addiction, and trauma. I graduated from BYU's Clinical MSW program in 2012 and am a LCSW. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, EMDR, and Lifespan Integration.
