I have been in practice for 18 years. Therapy is a joint process, and together, we will work on ways to assist you in managing the challenges in your life. I have taught anxiety, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma, and radical acceptance groups for the last 6 years and the lead facilitator of a substance abuse group for the last 4 years. My ideal client is someone who is open to learning skills to help improve their life.
I have experience working with many types of mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. My primary focus is assisting individuals in finding a custom plan that works best for them.
I do offer sessions at non-standard times (after 5pm and on weekends).
