I graduated with a M. Ed with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling in 2012, have been an LPC since 2013. I received my Independent Chemical Dependency License in 2021 and my Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in 2025. I have had the privilege to work with a wide variety of disorders and populations.
I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, you go at your own pace and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.
I look forward to speaking with you and learning more about how I can assist you in your journey.
