I help people stuck in anxious loops: overthinking, needing reassurance, fearing they’re too much, or bracing for abandonment. Using a trauma-informed, nervous system approach (Organic Intelligence), I support you in shifting out of chaos and into steadier relationships, with others and with yourself. We’ll build your capacity for self-trust and connection.
