I help teens and adults build confidence, strengthen connections, and cultivate self-compassion. I emphasize the therapeutic relationship as a key part of healing, creating a space where clients feel heard, challenged, and supported.
I approach therapy with energy and realism, acknowledging that sometimes life is hard and we need someone to sit in the pain with us. I help people identify and magnify their strengths and build new skills to cope with life challenges.
I especially enjoy working with teens, helping them explore issues around self-esteem, emotions, relationships, and stress. I’m here to prove that therapy does’t have to suck even though it can bring up a lot of uncomfortable emotions and life experiences.
