I approach therapy with energy and realism, acknowledging that sometimes life is hard and we need someone to sit in the pain with us. I strive to create a safe place to explore, heal, communicate, and change. I help people identify and magnify their strengths and build new skills to cope with life challenges.
I especially enjoy working with teens, helping them explore issues around self-esteem, emotions, relationships, and stress. I’m here to prove that therapy does’t have to suck even though it can bring up a lot of uncomfortable emotions and life experiences.
