Hi! I’m Kylee Nelson. A licensed therapist. A mama just like you. A survivor of postpartum anxiety. A mental health warrior. I am passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum mamas, gain the skills and confidence to take control of your mental health so you can live a life that feels joyful and fulfilling. I am here to help you be more present and less overwhelmed in your motherhood. Therapy is about the relationship between you and your therapist (along with the therapists training & experience). I have both the life experience of being a mama who struggled with postpartum and the professional experience to help.
I can help you with perinatal depression and anxiety, healing from trauma or coping with infant loss, miscarriage or infertility. Big life changes like having a new baby and the hormonal changes involved in pregnancy and childbirth can take a joyous time and make it harder than it needs to me. I can help individually or through couples counseling.
