True Confidence - A Therapy Group for Men

This online men’s therapy group will help you find and trust the leadership qualities (confidence, perspective, calmness, compassion, etc.) that lie beneath your surface-level thoughts and reactions. Along the way, you’ll become less reactive and better able to respond to difficult situations at work, in relationships, and throughout life.

Beyond Clinical Detachment

An Online Group for Highly-Attuned/Emotionally Sensitive Therapists: Incorporating elements of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model, Mindful Self-compassion and Polyvagal Theory, this group will provide a warm, nonjudgmental, vulnerable space for therapists to come together and receive the necessary support to continue supporting others. Relying on The Highly Sensitive Person literature (hsperson.com) as a guide, each group session will center around process-oriented open discussion to normalize your struggles with other like-minded therapists while also providing practical techniques to develop and nourish your innate strengths.

I Have No Idea What I'm Doing

"I Have No Idea What I'm Doing" is a judgement free, raw safe space to feel normalized and supported by other therapists navigating the challenges of parenthood. The main interventions will involve self-compassion and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work mixed in with a smattering of humor and foul language. This virtual group meets biweekly from 12-1 pm EST and is open to mental health professionals located anywhere. Groups are no bigger than 6 members and cost $80 USD per session. I currently have space in my Tuesday and Thursday groups.
