I work with clients dealing with anxiety and/or perfectionism issues on building skills to relate well with others and find compassion for themselves. During our initial sessions we will work together to pinpoint the origins of the problem, and work together to build new neural networks in the brain, through somatic therapy, that allow rewiring of old reflexive patterns to find wholeness.

In structure therapy, we map out the structure of relationship in your brain using objects or people to represent those individuals.
