Are you struggling with mental or emotional difficulties & don’t know where to turn? Are you experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, burnout, fatigue, communication challenges, loss of loved ones, grief, or a traumatic situation & haven’t felt like yourself? I would be honored to walk with you on your healing journey. I put your perspective first & build a holistic method of treatment with you, customized to you & your unique situation through an adaptable Person-Centered, CBT approach grounded in compassion. My approach is informed by Inner Child & Parts Work, Compassionate Inquiry, Spiritual Therapy, ACT, EMI, TF-CBT, & IFS.

I specialize in supporting teens and adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, regulation, trauma, grief/loss, & depression from a holistic perspective. I have worked with families, adults, & children ages 6 to 65 in individual and group settings. I am also able to provide care from various religious perspectives, but this is not central to my approach.
Every person has the ability to improve their life but may not have the tools or support they need to reach their goals. Life is challenging, but doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Asking for help is scary, vulnerable, & one of the most courageous things you can do for you. If you're struggling, don’t wait to reach out. Your health is worth it and so are you!
