I specialize in supporting teens and adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, regulation, trauma, grief/loss, & depression from a holistic perspective. I have worked with families, adults, & children ages 6 to 65 in individual and group settings. I am also able to provide care from various religious perspectives, but this is not central to my approach.
