I have been researching, writing, teaching, and practicing in the counseling profession for over 15 years. I hold extensive expertise in helping those affected by compulsive sexual behavior, and I understand the steps necessary to experience long-term recovery. I am the Clinical Director of LifeSTAR of the Central Valley, an outpatient treatment program designed for individuals, and couples, affected by pornography and sexual addiction. Through LifeSTAR, I work with both those seeking treatment, and the partners of those who are in the program. I also lead the YouthSTAR program, a treatment program for sexually addicted teenagers.

At LifeSTAR of the Central Valley, we understand the origins of sexual addiction and what makes it so hard to overcome. Our innovative and proven 3-step treatment program gives participants the resources, support, and structure needed to experience a successful recovery from the damaging effects of pornography and sexual addiction.

Recovery from compulsive sexual behavior is possible. I love helping people find solutions to the challenges they face in life! YouthSTAR of the Central Valley

A LifeSTAR program designed specifically for teens with pornography or sexual addictions. If you have discovered that your teenager has been exposed to pornography or is making habitual unhealthy sexual choices, YouthSTAR offers help and hope.
