Whether you're carrying the weight of leadership, navigating life after service, feeling disconnected from the people you love, or quietly struggling in ways you haven't found words for yet, you are in the right place. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a trauma-informed, relational approach to healing and growth. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating high stress careers and transition, veterans, first responders, and parents navigating family life. As the father of an autistic child, I also love working with kids, teens and neurodivergent individuals.
I offer therapy at Unbridled Counseling, where you can choose talk therapy, outdoor therapy, telehealth, or equine-assisted therapy. Working with horses offers a more embodied, experiential path — outside the office setting. If you are open to it, it can be a powerful complement to the work.
