I enjoy the challenge of working with addictive disorders and helping individuals, couples and families find recovery and peace of mind. I am dually licensed and work with substance use disorders as well as other mental health challenges. Everyone has a life story which often takes on pain, suffering and trauma. Trying to recover on your own is tremendously difficult. Let me help you understand your own thoughts, feelings and behaviors to ultimately enable you to find your true authentic self. My goal is to create a safe space to heal from trauma and addictive patterns and to improve relationships with self and others.
Our clinic uses many methods to help you heal. We often recommend a thorough physical with blood work by our medical director, nutritional counseling, individual, group and family counseling. Taking on a family approach often produces better results. We also are trained in trauma reduction therapies. Deep TMS is effective in healing chronic conditions.
I am an active listener without judgement. I will help co-create solutions with you. I have a curious mindset. I try to see your situation to better understand what you are going through. Before I come into a session, I am prayerful and use my intuition to find the deeper meaning of whatever you are facing. I am compassionate about helping others.

Groups
Men's Recovery Group
Led by a trained therapist, group therapy uses cognitive behavioral therapy to address obstacles that may prevent a life free of alcohol, drug abuse and addiction. The goal of the group is sobriety and to learn coping strategies to improve their quality of life in recovery. We address men's issues such as relapse prevention strategies, sexuality, marriage, family, and relationships. This group is helpful particularly for those who are contemplating residential treatment and for those needing aftercare upon discharge from a residential program.
